With her natural and melodic voice, combined with a smart and pervasive live presence, and solid song writing skills, Kim Jarrett is well on her way to becoming a truly respected talent.

With influences ranging from Stevie Nicks to Bob Dylan to the Indigo Girls and beyond, Kim's music, as demonstrated on her self-titled debut CD-released in September 2002, is a reflection of these powerful influences with her own character melded on to them.

Kim continues to perform regularly throughout Toronto with bassist Mike Costantino, while preparing material for her next as-yet untitled release, described as getting into the ''folktronica'' realm-acoustic guitars mixed with samples and drum machines, producing a very fresh, yet sincere sound.

Clearly Kim's songs struck a chord, as a nationwide radio release of her album and subsequent single ''Do I Have the Patience'' garnered regular Adult Contemporary and College radio play from St. John's to Vancouver.
